已婚女子與男子發生婚外情，8天內2人大戰15回合，女子事後向丈夫懺悔，更指出跟小王60分鐘內就行房3次，1天內還大戰6次，丈夫氣得控告2人妨礙家庭並加控小王「和誘罪」，新北市法官判小王10個月徒刑。

據《自由時報》報導，女子因與丈夫吵架就離家出走，自行在新北市某處大樓出租，小王得知後不斷獻殷勤並前往租屋處，2人8天內就大戰15回合。

激情退去後女子向丈夫坦承，並把8天做愛的次數、細節都招出來，丈夫控告2人妨礙家庭，加控小王和誘罪。由於小王多次送女子禮物，更承諾如果離婚會娶她，檢方認為2人是你情我願，因此不構成和誘罪，只依妨礙家庭將2人起訴。

審理時，丈夫對妻子撤告，小王則是認罪。法法官認為，發生性行為的時間、地點密接情況犯罪，應論以接續犯，應論一罪，最後以9罪判刑，全案仍可上訴。，
