中央氣象局地震測報中心觀測，今天中午12時47分，台灣東部外海發生芮氏規模5地震，最大震度是南澳3級。

根據地震測報中心地震報告，這起地震震央在宜蘭縣政府東方47.4公里，在東部外海，深度84.4公里，芮氏規模5。

各地震度情形為：宜蘭南澳3級，台北市信義區、新北市、桃園市、苗栗2級，花蓮、基隆、新竹、台中、彰化、雲林1級。(中央社)
