齊柏林飛桃園　拍南崁溪出海口「染黃」

導演齊柏林紀錄片「看見台灣」去年上映屆滿1年之際，他日前再飛過桃園南崁溪出海口，又見「染黃」的溪水。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，「看見台灣」去年拍下高雄後勁溪混濁畫面，引發社會關注日月光汙染，高雄地院日前宣判日月光汙水排放案僅罰300萬元。齊柏林說，後勁溪沿岸工廠排放廢水、汙染十多年，絕非來自單一工廠，但長期把河川當成「排放汙穢的地方」，抓不勝抓。

他表示，本月中旬他空拍南崁溪時，再次看見「染黃」的溪水，因拍攝之前幾天均是好天氣，應非大雨沖刷泥巴所致，雖無法證實是否為工業汙染，仍是台灣海岸「真實的面貌」。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
