請問在製作日式叉燒食譜中看到很多是用"豬肩里脊肉"(或肩里肌、肩裡脊)

請問這塊肉的部位是指哪裡呢

是胛心肉、梅花肉、還是里肌肉靠近肩部的部分呢，還是豬肉的其他部位

因為不知道怎麼跟肉攤說
