关于JR时刻表

大家好，有几个关于JR时刻表的问题需要请教。

1. 时刻表上有的车站同时有arrival和departure的时间，这是说明如果要继续前往后面的站点，需要在此换乘吗？需要换车和换站台吗?

2. 在JR网站上搜索到的车次比时刻表少很多。比如函馆-札幌，JR网站显示一天只有3班，而时刻表上有很多。这是为什么
