林右昌廣發英雄帖公開徵選人才

基隆市長當選人林右昌今天與媒體茶會時表示，市府局處首長將唯才適用，他廣發英雄帖，歡迎各路英雄自薦，他會親自遴選讓優秀人才進入市府團隊。

林右昌說，副市長條件會以專業考量，不會是酬庸，要有中央歷練、品德操守好及與基隆有淵源。林右昌感謝競選團隊的努力，但他澄清競選團隊不會進入市府，兩者是不同的性質。
