標題[問題] 中華4G 636轉全能平板199

最近二年前iPhone5的購機合約將到期，便前往直營門市辦續約全能平板199。而我的合約因為前陣子4G的開台申請，直接轉成4G 636之方案。結果現在要續約全能平板199的方案。門市人員說，這樣的話我要先降成3G，才能在他的系統上作續約。而因為月中關係，全能平板合約要到1月才能正式啟用；等於12月的合約又回到3G 289+ mpro450的狀態。又因為是從4G降3G的關係，得再等一個月才能再升4G，等於是我要到2月初才能重新升4G，才能享有流量2g的優惠。因為昨天現場看門市人員處理好久，門市人員現場詢問客服，結果他們也不太清楚該如何處理。想請問有版友，也有遇到類似狀況的嗎？後來的處理方式也是如此嗎？謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 211.72.86.169 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1418371245.A.E46.html
