兒少性剝削條例部分條文　今初審通過

立法院社會福利及衛生環境、司法法制兩委員會今日初審通過《兒童及少年性交易防治條例》修正案，將法律名稱中的「性交易」更名為「性剝削」，但今天僅通過相關行政處理的條文，例如新增主管機關可令被害人父母、監護人等接受8小時以上50小時以下的親職教育輔導，高中以下學校每年應辦理至少4小時的性剝削教育課程等。

此外，有關於「性剝削」的定義和範圍，以及新興的網際網路及App通訊軟體達成性交易的目的，未來如何加以防治，又避免遭受批評為箝制言論自由，以及相關罰則部分，例如新增兒童坐檯陪酒或涉及伴遊、伴唱等工作的業主要開法等相關條文都予以保留，交付朝野協商。（洪敏隆／台北報導）
