德盛安聯投信指出，俄羅斯為了穩住盧布匯率，上周連續第六度升息，造成新興市場股市震盪，資金全面流出新興亞洲。連今年以來受資金青睞的印度也受到影響，結束了連續八周的淨流入，單周小幅流出6.37億美元。

其他東協國家與台灣則延續上周淨流出，其中韓股失血最多，淨流出達15.14億美元；日股雖然是亞股唯一淨流入的市場，但淨流入資金額從前一周的39.68億美元，下滑至10.14億美元
