柯文哲：停車使用者付費

台北市免費停車格將開始收費，引發部分民眾反彈；台北市長柯文哲今天說，使用者付費是基本原則和概念，實施細項由台北市政府交通局處理；交通局說，未來1、2年逐步推展完成。

北市府交通局長鍾慧諭表示，北市依停車格使用率高低調整費率，行之有年。這次部分文山區路段收費，基於公平原則，未來立基於使用者付費，思考所有公共設施服務提供。

她說，未來所有台北市汽車格位都會收費。
