立院三讀動保法虐待動物致死重判1年

立法院今天三讀通過《動物保護法》修正案，將虐待動物的行為都提高罰責，動物飼主故意使動物受傷，導致動物肢體殘缺、器官受損或死亡，罰則從現行10萬元到50萬元罰鍰，改為可處1年以下有期徒刑，或拘役，併科10萬元到1百萬罰金。故意使動物受傷，即使動物未達肢體殘缺或器官受損的程度，也可處1萬5千元到7萬5千元罰鍰。立法院長王金平敲槌通過，立委王育敏和蕭美琴發表感言。
