憂盧布未崩盤經濟先倒俄閃電降息

彭博報導，俄羅斯憂心盧布未崩盤，經濟就先倒下，俄羅斯央行今天閃電宣布調降主要利率，一口氣調降8碼。

俄國央行今天官網發布聲明表示，1週期拍賣利率，自17%降至15%。根據彭博訪調32位經濟師，除1位外，其餘皆預估俄利率不動。唯一料到俄國央行降息的經濟師，預估利率降至9.75%。

莫斯科VTB資本公司（VTB Capital）俄國首席經濟師柯里契夫（Vladimir Kolychev）表示：「極端的匯率和利率震撼持續對銀行和房地產部門造成一波波痛苦，在在亟需政策寬鬆。」

俄國盧布兌美元聞訊貶破70盧布兌1美元，台北時間下午6時32分，盧布兌美元來到70.15盧布兌1美元。盧布上次貶破70大關是在去年12月17日。
