馬英九控告周玉蔻　首度開庭延至3月2日

因追打頂新政治獻金案的名嘴周玉蔻，日前遭總統馬英九提告。周玉蔻昨（1）日深夜表示，原本法院通知今日早上9點半首度開庭；日前又接獲通知，說是改期，延至3月2日。

總統府表示，周玉蔻連續以抹黑、汙衊之方式，對馬英九總統做出「頂新門神」、「收受頂新政治獻金」等不實指控，因此提告。

馬總統在去年12月30日，委由律師到台北地院遞狀，向周玉蔻提出刑事及民事告訴，刑事是加重誹謗罪，民事則是求償1000萬元，並要求周玉蔻登報道歉。

周玉蔻昨晚透過臉書對透露開庭延期的消息，周玉蔻還說，「那就過完年再説囉」；「特別跟關心的朋友報告一聲」。
