我們安排國外旅遊，旅行社安排復興航空的飛機，但復興航空半年掉2架，實在讓人很擔心，所以我們想改搭別家航空公司，旅行社說票開了，沒辦法，想請問有沒有其他的辦法?例如說取消此次的機䅇，另外再買別家的機票，可行嗎?這樣我們還要負擔哪些費用?或者有其他的辦法可以提供給我們嗎?謝謝!
PS有聽說復興航空有開放國內及國際線的機票都可以退，是真的嗎？
