檢討報告23頁　痛斥雄監「慢又爛」

今天出版的《蘋果》報導，針對高雄監獄囚犯搶槍挾持典獄長事件，法務部長羅瑩雪前天、昨天召開全國獄政檢討會議，昨公布一份二十三頁檢討報告，直指雄監人員欠缺危機意識、應變遲緩。一名與會官員說：「報告點出雄監的『慢』和『爛』，內部通報系統比蝸牛慢、槍械庫門鎖與木質彈藥櫃材質太爛，導致這場監獄風雲。」與會人士表示，法務部將研討增用非致命性橡膠子彈，避免囚犯奪槍事件重演（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
