南韓考慮付錢換回遭北韓綁架者

英國電訊報26日報導，南韓總理李完九表示，將考慮支付北韓現金，換回韓戰以來遭北韓俘虜或綁架的1000多名南韓人士。南韓政府認為，韓戰停戰60多年來，約500名南韓士兵遭北韓俘虜並監禁；另有517名遭北韓政府綁架的無辜民眾，包括不慎越界捕魚遭北韓逮捕而無法返國的漁民。
