如何遊覽別人的HINet網站

最近看上了一個很有興趣的網頁但是我無論如何打打不開他
我的遊覽器不管是GOOGLE還是火狐、IE、360都通告訴我網頁讀取逾時

然後我發現他的結尾是XXX.myweb.hinet.net

重點在myweb.hinet.net這段，只要出現了myweb.hinet.net的網址的網頁我全部都打不開，想請問我該怎麼打開這類的網站呢?
