北韓駐英大使稱北韓隨時可發射核彈

美聯社20日報導，北韓駐英大使玄鶴峰日前接受英國天空廣播電台專訪時表示，北韓已發展出核彈，若朝鮮半島遭美國攻擊，可即刻還擊。

主持人問玄鶴峰北韓現在是否能發射核彈，他回答：「任何時間，是的。」被問及北韓是否只會用核彈還擊，而非主動發動攻勢時，玄鶴峰答道：「我們是熱愛和平的民族，我們不希望戰爭，但並不畏戰。」
