央行放手　新台幣午盤升破31大關、勁揚3.13角

美國經濟數據表現不佳，美國升息疑慮降溫，國際股市走揚，外資匯入，新台幣兌美元7日盤中升破31元價位，中午以30.99元暫收、升值3.13角，台北外匯經紀公司成交量6億美元。

美國3月非農就業僅新增12.6萬個，不僅為2013年12月以來最低，也不如原先預期的24.5萬個，使得市場對美國升息疑慮紓緩，國際股市勁揚，國際美元回落，人民幣兌美元中間價升值，而日圓及韓元兌美元則回檔。

至於新台幣，匯銀人士指出，由於是清明連續4天假期後首度開盤，新台幣兌美元升勢強勁，以31.303元平盤開出後，隨即在升破31.3、31.2及31.1元價位，上午11時過後，市場未見央行阻升下，美元拋匯力道更強，新台幣兌美元衝破31元大關，一度來到30.986元、升值3.17角，中午以30.99元暫收、升值3.13角。
