農舍違法，謝長廷: 今僱工拆

宜蘭縣政府限制興建農舍，造成農民反彈，行政院前院長謝長廷所擁有的宜蘭的「新文化之家」，也遭質疑是非法購買農地興建豪宅，違反農地農用。謝長廷在臉書上澄清一切合法，更拿出文件澄清所言不假。民進黨下午舉行中常會，謝長廷表示，今天已僱工拆除農舍違法的部份設施。
