喝脫脂牛奶 恐增加發胖機會

喝脫脂或低脂牛奶,真的比較不會胖嗎?研究顯示脫脂牛奶反而更可能導致肥胖。
 
波士頓兒童醫院醫生大衛盧維格(David Ludwig)和哈佛大學共衛博士瓦特威利特(Walter Willett)共同研究表示,喝低卡飲料並不表示攝取的卡路里就會比較低,他們研究攝取全脂牛奶和脫脂或低脂牛奶的差異發現,從小喝脫脂或低脂牛奶的孩子,長大後過胖的機會反而比較高,而且脫脂牛奶的營養也比較低。
 
其實全脂牛奶的脂肪含量只約3到4%,提供維他命A、D、E和K以及鈣和磷等營養,這些維他命需要靠脂肪傳送才能供人體吸收,去除掉脂肪的話,人體就會難以吸收,專家建議適量攝取全脂牛奶,既不會發胖,還能真正達到吸收牛奶營養的效果。
