標題[請益] 轉職談薪

想請問一下各位前輩 如果一年的相關工作經驗,想轉職到相關的企業上班 有談薪的空間嗎? 可以要求新的公司比照原本公司的底薪嗎? 小弟我已經面試完拿到口頭的offer 但是HR還沒跟我談到薪水的部分 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.217.180
