軍事制裁　普丁稱將援助敘利亞

【綜合報導】俄羅斯總統普丁6日，在G20聖彼得堡峰會閉幕記者會上，就敘利亞問題對外界表示，若阿塞德政權遭受軍事攻擊，俄羅斯會繼續對敘利亞提供經濟和軍事援助，並擴大人道救援工作。

普丁透露，在本次峰會上，主張軍事干預敘利亞的國家有美國、土耳其、加拿大、法國及沙烏地阿拉伯，英國首相卡麥隆主張軍事干預，但被議會否決，反對軍事干預的國家有俄羅斯、中國、印度、印尼、阿根廷、巴西、南非和義大利，德國對軍事干預則持謹慎態度。

普丁表示「對一個主權國家使用武力，必須是在受到該國攻擊而進行自衛的情況下，但敘利亞並沒有攻擊美國，軍事行動也必須通過聯合國安理會，但有人總把自己置於國際法之外。」

普丁表示將會援助敘利亞，如果遭軍事制裁的話。路透社
