對於先前《蘋果日報》即時新聞報導鴻海中國山東富士康煙台廠區發生鬥毆事件傳出三人死亡事件，主要根據大陸各大網路媒體報導，由於在第一時間未向鴻海查證，取得平衡說法，刊登此新聞造成鴻海困擾，特鄭重澄清：此事件無人重傷、無人死亡，並向鴻海致歉。《蘋果日報》啟
