宜縣首例本土性登革熱　鄉鎮市同步消毒

宜蘭縣環保局表示，本月20日羅東鎮出現縣內首例本土性登革熱病例，為避免疫情蔓延，將於27日起，由各鄉鎮市清潔隊針對轄區內進行全面性環境消毒工作2週，同時也製作登革熱防治宣導單張及錄音帶發送各鄉鎮市公所進行宣導。
 
而在執行環境消毒工作時，如有民眾不願配合時，將依傳染病防治法規定處以新台幣6萬至30萬罰鍰。請民眾配合將戶外的物品及動物妥善管理，避免接觸藥劑，及檢視住家戶內外環境衛生，動手清除積水容器等孳生源，讓病媒蚊無法產卵繁殖。
 
宜蘭縣衛生局表示，縣內首例本土性登革熱病例個案是居住於羅東鎮1名男性，於9月20日出現發燒及關節痛的症狀，就醫後目前已逹可回家自主管理階段。目前積極比對個案過去兩週活動地點及旅遊史，且將持續監測疫情，追蹤個案可能感染源。（游芳男／宜蘭報導）
