搭捷運亮水果刀　男判罰3千

鄭捷今年5月21日在台北捷運車廂內瘋狂隨機殺人造成4死22傷，社會仍瀰漫恐慌氣氛之際，6月29日一名蔣姓男子又在捷運迴龍站亮出一把25公分水果刀，遭乘客報警逮捕，依《社會秩序維護法》裁罰蔣男3千元，並沒收該把水果刀。

蔣男認為罰太重提抗告，辯稱只是要買水果並拿水果刀切水果，但新北地院指捷運站內不能吃任何東西，也沒販賣水果，蔣男攜刀進入已經觸法，今駁回抗告確定。（孫友廉／新北報導）
