標題[問題] 關於Legal High 2羽生檢察官的疑問

小弟最近看完Legal High 2 一直對劇中有個疑惑劇中羽生本位原是檢察官後來自行創立律師事務所要和古美門產生對立的情形但我的疑問在於日本檢察官考試也是以取得"任用資格"為標的嗎? 不然檢察官和律師兩種身分互相轉換沒有任何法律上疑慮嗎? 對這點有點疑惑還請大大們解惑謝謝 ps. 可能的話可否和我國稍微比較因為想明確瞭解一下感恩 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.232.198.244
