【動新聞】政府iWIN管網路　沒路用！

【方翊倩／綜合報導】不久前，台灣多了一個管理網路內容的單位「iWIN網路內容防護機構」。有民眾向iWIN申訴，立報和公視報導社運團體活動，所用的抗議者上空彩繪影像有礙觀瞻，立報總編隨即為文批評。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，漫畫家魚夫認為iWIN根本沒用，一時廢不掉，就像雞肋，「網路內容要怎麼管？iWIN罰不了撤不了，只能被動接受民眾申訴、轉寄，做做官樣文章。」他表示，為保護兒童上網，各大搜尋引擎多有安全設計，例如KidRex，就是Google、老師、家長等3方努力的成果。政府要做的是，鼓勵業者做類似的優質服務，而非一味的管。
