基隆放寬設基地台　議員嗆去路過NCC

NCC為了要「加速無線寬頻網路基礎建設」，要求基隆市府單位出借公有建築物，並放寬設置基地台的條件。今年4月修正電信法的作業要點中，僅學校、幼兒園不得設置基地台，其他如區公所里民會堂、醫院及老人療養中心等29處將全面釋出，案件送至議會後引起議員痛批。
 
「怎麼可以將市民的健康，放置在電信業者的利益之下！」市議員呂美玲痛批，NCC是國家怪獸，本質應該是替民眾，把關媒體資訊，例如管理地下賣藥電台等，怎麼會積極要求租地設基地台，根本是在利益輸送，號召市民去路過NCC。部分市議員也跳出質疑放寬設基地台條件，圖利財團，罔顧市民健康，「NCC強姦基隆市！」（陳偉周／基隆報導）
