反核群眾占據忠孝西路，警方凌晨近3時展開噴水、勸離抬人驅離行動，優勢警力和消防水車自忠孝西路由西往東推進，逼退群眾至忠孝西路和中山南路，阻擋群眾轉進，勸離抬人。

占據忠孝西路癱瘓交通，台北市長郝龍斌認定違法行為，警方今天凌晨2時51分展開驅離行動，抬離占路民眾，清空路面。

警方先從忠孝西路由西往東，往館前路、南陽街、公園路逐步推進，噴水驅離，清空路面，抗議民眾陸續退到忠孝西路和中山南路口。在忠孝西路地下道，警方和群眾一度對峙僵持，有群眾朝警察拋東西。

清晨5時20分，警力和消防水車推進到忠孝西路和中山南路口，對群眾採三方包圍的口袋戰術，阻擋群眾轉進，抬人驅離，群眾不散，雙方持續對峙。(中央社)
