美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)訪問南韓與朴槿惠進行首腦會談，並警告北韓不要挑釁，而北韓除了不甘示弱的表示準備打全面核子戰爭外，還對朴槿惠進行人身攻擊，批評她是一名「狡猾的妓女」。

歐巴馬在訪問韓國期間，警告北韓勿持續核試並不要輕易挑釁，對此，北韓也以強烈的字眼反擊。北韓官方《朝中社》報導，北韓「祖國和平統一委員會」(CPRK)形容，美國與南韓的關係就如同主人與傀儡，並稱朴槿惠將會付出慘痛代價。

北韓祖國和平統一委員會表示，朴槿惠與歐巴馬一起就像是卑劣幼稚的女孩，在乞求黑幫替她修理自己不喜歡的人，又稱朴槿惠是受歐巴馬所控制的一名狡猾妓女，藉由出賣身體拉攏有權力的「皮條客」，企圖去設計某人。

報導並指出，北韓領袖金正恩在主持中央軍事委員會會議時，指示北韓軍隊須強化與發展、增強軍力，以確保能夠在反美抗戰中勝利。
