南韓就開砲事件嚴厲警告：責任在北韓！

南韓國防部指，南韓軍方今晚8時20分（台灣時間今晚7時20分）透過軍事熱線電話，針對北韓向南韓軍艦發射砲彈提出嚴厲警告。

韓聯社引述南韓國防部有關人士表示，南韓軍方透過黃海地區軍事熱線以韓朝將軍級軍事會談韓方首席代表的名義，向北韓代表發送電話通知。通知中對北韓向南韓進行武力挑釁發出嚴厲警告，並明確表示今天的事件所有責任都在北韓！
