太熱內褲有「乳酪」　婦包太緊抓破陰道

盛夏豔陽好炙熱，彰化1名農婦(年約50歲)防曬包太緊，悶熱致陰道炎抓破皮，就醫時，醫師問她，近來內褲是否有「乳酪狀的分泌物」，經確診為念珠菌感染。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，彰化基督教醫院二林分院婦產科主任陳加祥說，該農婦因為陰道、外陰部奇癢，抓癢抓到破皮又流血，就醫才知道原來是念珠菌感染，農婦改換透氣寬鬆的褲子下田。

陳加祥表示，念珠菌是陰道內正常菌叢之一，身體沒狀況時，彼此可以和平共處，但免疫力低下或是荷爾蒙改變等情況，可能讓念珠菌在陰道內大量滋生造成感染。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
