前天跟對方發生車禍
對方機車違規左轉撞到我直行機車

只有我的車損壞嚴重
當天送去車行維修
對方保險公司有前往拍照

今天下午車行通知我去領車
我自己先出錢付維修費
車行晚上寄收據給對方保險公司

請問這順序有錯嗎?

朋友跟我說
應該領車時由肇事者先出錢
再讓肇事者自己去跟保險公司索要

如果我錯了那接下來該如何向對方要錢
