同人胸章的製做

各位大大最近想製作同人周邊想先從胸章開始做起
但我是個超新的新手(# 我想問:
一般很多的廠商都會提供各種尺寸的版型檔案 (像是32mm&2.5mm)
但打開檔案後發現大小好像沒什麼差別剛好25mm的檔案有些問題一直沒辦法開

想請問我可以用32mm或以上的檔案繪製完後再請工作室製做成25mm尺寸的嗎?
如果可以製做完後就算是以58mm的版型也能跟做成25mm一樣嗎?
(不好意思問了蠢問題QQ)
