【獨家】陸軍政戰主任　黃開森明將接任

國軍政戰將領人士異動！陸軍司令部政戰主任曾有福中將因任職滿2年，調任國防部參事，其職位由國防部政治作戰局副局長黃開森少將接任，占中將缺。國防部軍事發言人羅紹和上午表示，陸軍司令部明天將進行政戰主任的交接儀式。外傳曾有福是遭軍方高層逼退一事，羅紹和強調，此人事的調整並沒有所謂的逼退，完全是單純的職務調整，希望外界不要妄加猜測。（王烱華／台北報導）
