天后江蕙今天凌晨4時許在臉書貼出1張照片，歌神張學友贈送她親筆簽名新專輯，還說會「練好『家後』！」歌迷留言關心，「演唱會他會不會當嘉賓？」

「謝謝歌神的情歌⋯⋯」江蕙還引用他新歌「我醒著做夢」歌詞，「我醒著做夢..就是痛也痛得感動.....」發文且附上簽名照，張學友除祝她「健康快樂」，還「PS.我會練好『家後』！」

網友留言要「二姊」保重身體外，不少人關切，張學友是否當演唱會的嘉賓，「當『吻別』遇見『家後』」、「看來Jacky會去當二姐嘉賓囉！」（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
