筆電可以換記憶體或增加嗎?

記憶體可以加, 最大 8GB X 2 = 16GB, 規格是 DDR3L 1600

但你不足的是硬碟容量, 跟記憶體無關 .....

這台似乎只有 SATA III 的插槽, 也無光碟機轉換硬碟空間

所以 ...........

只能直接升級大容量 SSD ----> 256 GB / 512 GB

不然就換回低速的傳統硬碟

128GB / 256GB / 512GB SATA III SSD

真是低 C/P 值的昂貴玩具～
