Excel活頁簿匯總問題

我有活頁簿1、2
1是一樣的表格很多個（列印下來有很多張，各式一樣只有內容不一樣）
2是把1的各張表格加總數量統計成一張（1每張表格都有一個加總數，所以有很多個加總數）
我一直都只會用：在2的格子上=1的某格，所以就要一直按'=1某格'
覺得麻煩==
要兩邊一直切換
可我有印象可以直接套公式（1的各加總數格子差距一樣）
把2的表格拉公式就可以把1的各加總數顯示在表上
不過忘記怎麼用了
請問可以教我嘛
