【蔡明樺／台北報導】衛福部擬開放延宕已久的代理孕母政策，國民健康署今表示，目前《人工生殖法》草案朝向代理孕母須取得配偶同意方向規劃，但仍需經衛福部法規會審議，該政策會經審慎評估，確保代孕夫妻都有意願且合適才會上路。
