開發金法說 併萬泰建立新營運模式

開發金控（2883）總經理楊文鈞在下午開發金法說會上指出，開發金日前股東會通過併購萬泰銀（2837），未來可以建立新的營運模式，擺脫工業銀行執照的限制。

開發金發言人、副總經理張立人在報告去年獲利時表示，開發金四大業務去年獲利均有相當不錯的成長，其中，直接投資業務去年受惠股市行情上揚與投資標的處分利益，因此獲利成長，企金事業群在去年多提備抵呆帳，以及金融商品行銷（TMU）業務手續費收入增加，提存前企金事業群獲利年增率高達五成以上。
