台9線蘇花公路自今天晚間9時起，全線預警性封閉，影響花蓮縣生產的生鮮農產品無法順利北運，花蓮縣政府農業處即刻啟動運費補貼機制。

花蓮縣政府農業處長張智超表示，受鳳凰颱風影響，台9線蘇花公路預警性封閉，花蓮縣所生產的生鮮農漁產品無法透過蘇花公路順利北運，第一時間聯絡台灣鐵路管理局，視天候狀況加開貨物列車協助蔬果北運。

另外，針對繞經南迴公路北上的蔬果所增加的運費，除爭取行政院農業委員會農糧署依「蘇花公路中斷之農漁產品運費補助作業程序」辦理補助外，對於農糧署運費補助不足部分，由花蓮縣縣府依「花蓮縣政府蘇花公路中斷農產品運費補助作業程序」補足價差。(中央社)
