李登輝「歡迎」 日本解禁集體自衛權

正在日本訪問的中華民國前總統李登輝（91歲）昨天在東京發表演講時表示，對日本解禁集體自衛權表示「歡迎」，他說行使集體自衛權將使日美同盟更為鞏固。

共同社報導，李登輝提到俄羅斯文豪托爾斯泰的作品《戰爭與和平》，他指出廢除所有武器的想法不過是烏托邦。他強調，擁有武力是實現和平不可或缺的政策手段之一。

演講前，李登輝搭乘新幹線從大阪前往東京，他說日本新幹線「十分先進，值得學習」。李登輝認為，通過引進日本技術2007年開通的臺灣高鐵在經營、服務、技術等方面應進一步向日本學習。
