新竹縣政府今晚宣布，明（22）天新竹縣照常上班、上課，也提醒避免到海邊、河邊戲水，及避免到山區，注意山區降雨、落石，可能帶來的危險。

新竹縣今天未受鳳凰颱風影響，幾乎無風無雨，甚至風景遊樂區還出現遊客人潮，看不出「颱風天」景象。
