房東案 王郁琦盼落實行政拘留通報

藝人柯震東吸毒案，雖然公安有通報，但沒有及時在24小時內就通知到家屬，引發國人議論，未落實保障台胞權益。

陸委會主委王郁琦上午在立法院內政委員會答覆立委吳育昇質詢，刑事拘留一定要通報，柯震東案屬於行政拘留。我方一貫立場主張行政與刑事拘留都要通報，但陸方認為執行行政拘留通報有困難，這部分存有爭議，希望未來互設辦事機構後，可以得到更大的突破。

吳育昇追問，還沒有互設辦事處之前，能否要求對方一定要通報？王郁琦表示，目前個案處理陸方都有通報，陸委會也會全力協調，希望對方務必進行通報。
