調查：巴西同性結婚占比低

在巴西國家司法委員會2013年通過1項辦法，規定公證處受理同性伴侶登記民事結合迄今，全國共記錄3701宗同性結婚案例，僅占全部的0.35%。

巴西地理統計局（IBGE）今天公布「2013年民事登記統計資料」指出，各地公證處受理登記的同性伴侶結婚，其中52%為女女，48%為男男。

調查指出，東南部最多同性伴侶登記結婚，共2408對；其中8成集中在聖保羅州（1945對）；其次是里約熱內盧（211對）和米納斯吉拉斯州（209對）。

公證結婚的同性伴侶，多數在結婚前單身，男女比例分別為75.5%和82.3%；離婚或鰥寡的男女比例分別為17.4%和24.5%。

2013年，巴西全國共有105萬2377對15歲以上新人登記結婚，較2012年增加1.1%；77%在結婚前單身，23%再婚。

地統局調查顯示，2013年共記錄32萬4921宗離婚案例，較上年減少4.9%；86.3%的案例，子女撫養權歸女方。
