陳水扁抗告狀送至高院 已分案

前總統陳水扁今年6月聲請保外就醫，法務部認為不符規定駁回他的聲請。扁再於11月11日向台北地方法院聲明異議，北院同月26日認定管轄錯誤、裁定駁回。

陳水扁不服聲明異議遭北院駁回，抗告至台灣高等法院，高院今天下午已人工抽籤分案。
