波特蘭拓荒者主力Wesley Matthews日前因阿基里斯腱撕裂，整季報銷，8日傳出球團向自由球員「雷槍」Ray Allen求援。

根據《雅虎運動》報導，拓荒者目前讓Arron Afflalo、CJ McCollum、Dorell Wright、Allen Crabbe、Alonzo Gee等人分攤Matthews的時間，但仍需要一位資深球員鎮住場面。

季前曾坦言將在明星賽視狀況決定加盟哪支球隊對他最有利的Allen，日前宣布今年不會復出，不過2015-16年球季依然有可能見到他的身影。

Allen生涯2973記三分球，是NBA史上三分球王，2013-14年球季替邁阿密熱火效力，當時38歲的他平均上場26分鐘，貢獻9.6分，1.6記三分球。
