標題[問題] 這樣的工作條件大家會續留嗎？

是這樣子的小的做這份工作4個月了(剛過試用期) 覺的這份工作不是這麼喜歡覺的累但不知道是不是該放棄想聽聽大家的意見這份工作條件如下月薪48k 保證14個月業績獎金(視績效給獎金看給幾個月) 休假見紅休 "平均"每天上班時間 8:30~9:30(責任制做到完會更久不一定) 中午休1小時左右上班期間非常非常忙忙的程度是一封簡訊都抽不出時間來看的情況做的事情非常雜未來若升職是變成公司業務但對於業務職沒有興趣所以將來的升遷對我沒有吸引力且由於工作相當累的關係讓我在思考是不是要離開這個產業早點走比較好？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.35.100.167 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1425836833.A.DF4.html ※ 編輯: Noemen (114.35.100.167), 03/09/2015 01:48:57
