想要賣北港鴨肉羹不知道鴨肉片要去哪裡買??

去市場找請老闆切都太厚...不是北港鴨肉羹那種帶皮薄片..

有跟賣鴨肉羹的老闆買過冷凍鴨肉片很好吃

但是他說他都每個禮拜下北港拿貨..不願意告訴我資訊..

之前有找到一家但是一次必須買30斤..

但是目前只想先買5斤10斤試試口味

不知道哪位好心的大大可以提供資訊

另外在請問鴨米血哪裡可以買來賣?

買回來用熱水燙過就可以嗎??

剛失業...想做個小生意...

希望好心人可以幫忙解答..感恩不盡
